In the lumbar vertebra L5 [ F (1,8) = 4.955, p = 0.0566, SS = 1842, δ = 20.23, subplot B] and fixational device [ F (1,8) = 100, p < 0.0001, SS = 0.68, post-hoc t-test t (16) = 0.6971, p = 0.4957, δ = 0.39, subplot C], the effect of a cross connector was not significant.
